We view public involvement, public input and early consultation with local citizens as vital to our work. To this end we initiate frequent public Charrettes to review proposed plans and elicit comment and valuable feedback from local residents.

Citizens present their ideas: the basic premise of a charrette is that the best ideas and concepts come from the citizens. This was the process followed in the Lincoln Park charrette.

Now is the most important part of the charrette. It’s always the moment I look forward to, which is when I sit down and don’t say anything else, none of my team members say anything else, and the citizens do the talking.

Professional team: during the presentation, the professional team members listen to the citizens.
